Opus is a commercial real estate development company that’s based right here in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since 2010, Opus has transformed themselves into one serious player in their industry completing such builds like the award-winning The Nic on Fifth and a 1.6 million square foot distribution center for ConAgra Foods, just to name a few. They came to The Zimmerman Group to help spread the word about all of their upcoming projects
